What we do with n8n
Glue between the SaaS tools you don't control — Stripe, HubSpot, Slack, Sheets. Multi-step workflows with human approval in the middle. Lead enrichment, document generation, notification routing, scheduled housekeeping. Fast to build, visible, and easy to change when your process drifts.
And what we refuse to do with it
Anything that needs real testing, version control, or more than about 100 nodes. Past that point an n8n flow stops being a system you can reason about, and we'll tell you so — then write proper code for the critical path and keep n8n for the edges. That honesty is most of what you're paying for.
Rescue jobs welcome
Inherited a wall of spaghetti workflows from a past contractor? We audit, document, simplify, and stabilise. Usually the 40-node monster becomes three small flows and one boring script.
